FiberCheck is supported by the TU Chemnitz and the following professorships:

Professorship for Marketing and Commercial Management (MHB)
The professorship has many years of experience in the field of medium-sized, technology-oriented businesses with very good relationships with chambers, economic development agencies and professional associations. The associated start-up network SAXEED ensures optimal support for spin-offs from universities.

Microsystems and Medical Technology (MMT)
Under the leadership of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jan Mehner, important progress has already been made in the field of micromechanical sensor systems for vibration measurement and evaluation.

Professorship for Circuit and System Design (SSE)
The research activity here focuses on the development and application of circuits and heterogeneous microsystems. The aim is to create standardized interfaces for processing sensor data.

Professorship for Lightweight Structures and Plastics Processing (SLK)
With expertise in the areas of design, calculation, simulation and processing of complex structures made of FRP, the technological and mass-production-appropriate integration of sensors into plastic components takes place here.
